With more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operational leadership, Dominique partners with business owners to build strong financial foundations, improve decision-making, and create scalable systems for growth.

A Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with an MBA in International Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, Dominique has led financial operations across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial organizations. His expertise spans bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, KPI dashboards, business process improvement, and fractional CFO services.

Beyond KWM Consulting, Dominique is passionate about developing leaders and strengthening the local business community. He serves as Treasurer of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, mentors entrepreneurs through Florida Atlantic University's Tech Runway program, and is an active speaker and educator on financial leadership, business growth, and operational excellence.
