Dr. Deeawn Roundtree is an award-winning CEO of Roundtree Training & Consulting and a nationally recognized leadership coach, corporate trainer, and keynote speaker. She holds multiple professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP, John Maxwell Certified Coach, and DISC Consultant, and brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development, workforce training, and personal growth.

A dual doctorate holder in Ministry and Business Administration, Dr. Roundtree also earned a Master’s degree in Professional Leadership with a concentration in Training & Development. She has served in executive and faculty roles across corporate, academic, and sales environments, where her expertise continues to influence leaders across industries.

She is the author of two acclaimed books: Leading from Within: A Faith-Based Perspective on Leadership and Beyond the Boardroom: Learn How to Play and Win at the Game of Corporate Politics. Dr. Roundtree is also the founder of Leading From Within Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit committed to developing values-based servant leaders.

An active civic leader, Dr. Roundtree serves on the boards of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, ICABA Advisory Board, and Genesis Community Health. She is also the former 2nd Vice President of Operations for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s Alpha Alpha Upsilon Omega Chapter.

Her work has earned widespread recognition, including the 2024 American Heart Association Woman of Impact Award, the 2023 and 2024 Alpha Kappa Alpha’s South Eastern Region’s Servant Leader Award, the 2023 Black Chamber of Commerce’s Ascension Award for the Emerging Black Business of the Year, the 2023 Laureate Award from Carlow University, and ICABA’s 2023 Women of Impact Award.
